Thomas Coffey Morrison

Tom has extensive experience in private tax practice, concentrating on tax planning and tax dispute resolution. He has had 22 years of prior experience with the I.R.S. as both a trial attorney and as manager for the I.R.S. Washington, D.C. Office of District Counsel. He holds also an LL.M. in Taxation at New York University.

Sean Morrison

 

After graduating from Harvard Law School with honors in 2015, Sean worked at an elite tax law firm in Washington, D.C. His experience includes representing clients in high-profile tax disputes before the U.S. Tax Court and the District Court of D.C. Prior to law school, Sean worked as a research assistant on tax policy for U.S. Senator Max Baucus.

Rose M. James

 

Rose graduated with honors from Michigan State University College of Law in 2017. Before moving to Montana, Rose worked with Michigan's leading estate planning and elder law attorneys. Rose is licensed in both Montana Michigan where she focuses her practice in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration.
